We simply do not accept mediocrity when it comes to providing support. All Sunbreak direct support staff are not only screened and assigned based on 'best-fit' to each individual we serve, but every staff person completes ongoing Sunbreak Institute curriculum training - enabling our team to have deep understandings of the influences of challenging and complex behavior, and how to support in a truly person centered and trauma responsive way.

Behavioral Services
Our behavior team has literally written the book (well.. two books) helping care teams to 'See Beyond' behavior, emotions and understanding their influences. Based on the framework laid out in these books and the curriculum the team has developed, we have the background and expertise to serve a wide range of individuals.
Direct Support Staff
Our highly qualified direct support staff collaborate in an ongoing fashion with our behavior professional team in order to provide continuous improvement towards skill and life goals with our clients.
