'See Beyond' Curriculum
All Sunbreak staff are provided both 'See Beyond Behavior' and 'See Beyond Emotions' books, outlining a foundational approach to setting themselves up for success in self-regulation and understanding influences of behavior.
Sunbreak Institute
Not just some annoying 'check list' training to complete once a year... this is where staff truly learn how to excel in all environments - with role playing exercises, online and in-person courses and pragmatic advice from seasoned professionals.
